We made SparrowiMailer because every other email tool either treated delivery like a black box, charged like one, or both. There had to be a better way — so we built it in India.
In 2022 our team was running cold outreach for an early-stage SaaS when we hit the wall every founder hits: Mailchimp locked features behind a ₹25,000/month plan, SendGrid throttled at 100/day on the free tier, and every "deliverability tool" we evaluated cost more than our AWS bill. We were not enterprise. We didn't need enterprise pricing.
So we built our own stack — first as an internal tool. A Windows app that connected directly to our Google Workspace accounts, enforced throttling, and ran a quick MX check before every send. Bounce rate fell from 9% to under 1.5% in the first month. Colleagues started asking for copies.
By 2023 we had 40 beta teams. In early 2024 we launched publicly as SparrowiMailer — a deliverability-first platform built specifically for growth teams, agencies and solo founders who want enterprise-grade mailer features without the enterprise invoice. Indian-made, Indian-priced, globally capable.
