SparrowiMailer is an email delivery and validation tool. We give you the infrastructure to send, validate and track email at scale.
What we don't guarantee
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as open rates, click rates, conversions or revenue. Inbox placement depends heavily on:
- Sender reputation and domain warm-up
- Content quality and recipient engagement
- List hygiene and validation discipline
- Receiving provider policies (Gmail, Outlook etc.)
All of these are outside our direct control.
Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the emails you send comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR (EU), CASL (Canada) and the India IT Act.
Use of the service indicates acceptance of this disclaimer. If you're unsure whether a campaign is compliant, ask us — we'd rather help than see you suspended.
