Privacy at SparrowiMailer
We collect the minimum data needed to run the service well, and we never sell your data to third parties.
1. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, company.
- Payment metadata — handled by Razorpay; we do not store card numbers.
- Usage data — emails sent, validations performed, login times.
- Sender accounts — SMTP credentials are encrypted at rest.
2. How we use it
To provide the service, process payments, send transactional emails, secure your account, and improve product quality. Nothing more.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share strictly with sub-processors (Razorpay for payments, Hostinger for hosting) only to deliver the service.
Sender credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and decrypted only inside our sending workers. Operators do not have read access.
4. Retention
We retain account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and tax compliance. You can request deletion any time.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing info@sparrowimailer.com. We honour all requests within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session handling only. No third-party advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
