Eligibility
- Plan refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if usage is less than 10% of the plan credits.
- Extra-credit packs are non-refundable once delivered to your account.
- Wallet credit earned via referrals or promotions is non-refundable.
- Subscriptions cancelled mid-cycle remain active until the end of the paid period.
How to request a refund
Email info@sparrowimailer.com with your registered email address, order ID and a brief reason. We respond within one business day.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method. Bank turnaround time varies.
Cases we always refund
- Duplicate or accidental charges on the same order.
- Service-side outages preventing usage for more than 48 hours.
- Verifiable billing errors on our part.
