1. Service
SparrowiMailer provides email marketing and validation tools, accessible via web dashboard and a desktop client. Plans are sold for fixed durations and renew only when you renew them.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information at signup and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to send spam, harvested-list mail, fraudulent or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate anti-spam laws or our policies, with or without notice.
Repeated abuse complaints can lead to permanent account termination without refund. Please read our deliverability guide if in doubt.
4. Payments & refunds
All payments are processed via Razorpay. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Invoices are emailed to the registered address within 24 hours of payment.
5. Limitation of liability
SparrowiMailer is provided "as-is" with reasonable best-effort uptime. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days in advance.
